  Amazing overall experience with Alair Homes- Lee, Keenan, and Tyler were great along the entire process. If you are looking for a unique experience where you can control your build costs along the entire process - this is the builder for you. Alair's online budget system allows the client to see the REAL costs to build, and this transparency allows the clients to save a lot of money . The build itself was also amazing, everything was how we wanted it to turn out.

  We are home and words cannot express what that means for this family. Building a new home was not in the cards, but due to unforeseen circumstances this is where we ended up. Our process from beginning to end has been nothing but amazing. There was never a question of wether they could do something for us, it would just be done. Some people joke, “that if you like your home builder by the end of the project then there’s something wrong.” Well, I’m happy to say that we’ve made new friends and couldn’t be happier to be home. Thank you Alair!
