Starla is amazing! I was looking for a replacement bowl for my Cuisinart food processor. It is an old model and the replacement bowls were hard to find. But Starla was on the case! Months went by and I thought I was doomed to have to replace the motor portion too. But then, Starla phoned me with good news! The replacement bowl is the perfect fit and I'm so happy that my trusty food processor is back. This is customer service at its best. Starla, you are amazing. Thank you so much for your determination to find what I needed and your professionalism serves you well!

Some of the worst customer service that I've ever had. I purchased a mill that didn't work straight from the box and it took four phone calls, an email and almost a week later to finally get a response. Then they wanted me to pay to send the mill back and were going to send me another one AFTER they received the broken one back. Finally after I contacted the manufacturing company, Hometech agreed to send me a mill and return label but only with multiple phone calls still trying to get me to pay the return shipping...but that took over a week to arrive and when it did, it was the wrong mill, an older model. Then when I asked for the correct mill to be sent and faster than regular mail, they said they were sending it purolater but then called for me to pay the shipping which I refused to do. When I asked for a refund so I could buy else where, the person on the phone said she didn't know how to do that. Back to the manufacturing company I went, who told me to keep the mills, dispose of the broken one and forget about hometech....problem is I don't want home tech to have any of our money so I still want a refund but honestly, I don't think that they will refund the money even if I send the mills back. I'll think they'll come up with some reason not to. This mill saga has taken at least 15 phone conversations and a month of the most ridiculous business practice from home tech. EDIT: After I posted this review, I received a refund which I appreciated but would have preferred that it could have been dealt with appropriately without requiring a negative public review.
