Got sent here from another location After waiting there for 45 minutes. Once I got here I was told they couldn't help me Cause I need an appointment. I've been here almost an hour and I'm Still waiting. Everyone with '' appointments'' matter more then me I guess.

Given the mixed reviews here, my guess is that when dealing with Jump.ca, so much depends on the attendant you happen to get. I know the attendant I want at this store and I'll wait specifically for her and because of this, my experience with this store is fantastic even though I sometimes need to wait longer. Haha...no, I'm not sharing names...that would probably only make my wait longer. The five stars mostly go to her because I think Jump.ca needs to do more to ensure consistent good quality client services.

Took my phone in for a basic screen repair because there was a small cosmetic crack and I had extended warranty. Dropped it off at the east location just up the street. When they called to tell me my phone was ready they called a different number than what I had asked them to use as the contact number. Upon arriving to pick up the phone they couldn't find it, turns out they sent it to this learning center. Phone screen had bright spots due to improper screen installation or a poor quality screen. I took the phone back to get this new issue fixed and waited two weeks before I got tired of waiting and called them about the status of the phone. Surprise surprise they suddenly had the part and it would be fixed in 15 minutes or less. Picked up the phone and not to soon after again the same issue. This time when I attempted to take the phone in they told me four separate times to come back at a specific time due to their tech not being there. They refused to sign in the phone and made me make the trip back to the store each time. I live and work on the opposite end of town and this was a HUGE hassle for me not to mention a waste of gas and time. Finally got the phone back from them after another week (again had to call them to find out the status of the phone) and they replaced the original battery with a third party one. Had to go back in twice again to get my battery back because they couldn't seem to find it if their tech wasn't there. A couple days later the battery started mysteriously dying at 40℅. I had never had any issues with the phone until jump got ahold of it so I took it back AGAIN. Fast forward two months after it was sent out of province for warranty work. I had to call once more out of frustration because I had gotten no word back about it. They apparently couldn't contact their repair store and had no way of checking on the phone for some strange reason. Contacted customer care through email and immediately got a call saying they had a phone for me to pick up. Picked up this different phone which had the same issue but was dying at 60% this time. Took this second phone into the store and they said they'd contact their warranty person and see what they could do. Next day I got a message from them to call back about the phone. Tried calling them for 4 hours off and on and they wouldn't answer the phone. Went into the store and they tried to give me back the warrantied phone which had, you guessed it, very obvious bright spots all over the screen. They switched out the screens of the two phones and said they had tested it /all day/ and there was no issues with it turning off at anything but a couple ℅. I noticed they had once again they given me a third party battery and sent me on my way. Had to go back in again and get the original battery. Few hours later testing the phone myself it died at 30%. Called them five times in a row to report this repeated issue and they wouldn't answer the phone. Now I'm going to have to go through this process again because they have yet to offer a new, working solution to my many problems with them and the phone.
