  Pathetic customer service instore and also from contact centre. Bought few items in store and incorrect items were delivered. When I contact the store, they offered to exchange and asked me to bring them back and also promised to give me discount for my inconvenience. When I went to store, it was different staff and they refused to give any discount for the inconvenience and when I asked for a manager, they said she is on break and don’t know when she would be coming back and one sales gal named Pamela offered $2 for the gas, never going back to the store. Contact centre took my info and it’s been more than 8 days but I haven’t heard anything back. If anyone wants to throw the money away, this is the place.

  I wanna give at least 4 stars on your service. We went and shopped here twice already. You got great stuff and reasonable price (some stuffs). My only complains is your STAFF! Your customer service is so bad. This is the only place I experienced where in we need to find someone to help you like it will took you for awhile. When you found someone they were so unfriendly and rude (forgot to ask what her name is the blonde one on the register). Most of your staff always seems not so happy when being asked for help. I hope you guys can work on that this was not the first time happened to us that is why I left a review here. Well anyway some of the review here has the same experienced as ours.
