  Nice selection of casual clothes. I suppose it is aimed at younger people but I like the comfortable clothes offered. No one made me feel odd being an old guy shopping there. Friendly staff. Good prices.

  old navy has good collection and of course reasonable prices.however they have really ugly customer service. i had really frustrating experience with one of cashier (her id is 2507479) . she does not know how to behave with customer, she was extremely rude to me. I will pay higher price in other places but i will not go back to old navy. I hope management staff will take some step to resolve this.

  I'm a huge fan of Old Navy, at my last location where we lived, I had one nearby. I would be greeted at the door, excellent customer service. Clothes would be organized. Not here. I was so excited to check out this new location. Not once was I greeted. No one made eye contact. I even waited in front of the cashier for her to say something to me. I was shocked. The entire floor was unorganized, sizing was all over the place. Was it the day after Boxing Day?? Nope. The clearance section was a mess. (okay, it's clearance, it usually does get that way) But I'm used to seeing it in " roygbiv ". Even when I come in the door, I expect the display to have a flow, that would lead me into some trends, but...nope, a complete disappointment. Come on Old Navy Regina! Represent! Clearly there needs to be a change. I will not be going back :( At least until there is some significant changes.
