  A couple of months ago I purchased a Samsung Galaxy 6 phone and service plan from this business. While the setup was seamless, this phone worked perfectly when I was in the city, I could not reply to E-mails when I was in the country. My wife's same model worked well at all locations. I returned to this location to seek assistance. The manager, a short 30's lady installed another app. This app was no improvement and now I had to clear each message twice. During my second visit to this establishment, a 20's Asian lady advised me that she would need to view a "failed send". In more polite words, "You don't know how to use this phone, old man." On my third visit, I provided the Asian lady with the "failed send". She sought the assistance of a 20's Caucasian male with shoulder length curly hair, who said "There is nothing I can do for you. Download another app!" I thought it strange that the man won't offer to download and configure an app for me. During my travels, I stopped at a dealer, authorized by the service provider, in Leader. Tamra resolved this issue within 5 minutes. My disappointment with the Rochdale Branch only increased when I learned that Samsung provides a free replacement phone, during the first 30 days, for cracked screens. I dropped my phone and cracked the screen on the first day I owned it. When I discussed this matter with the female manger a couple of days later, she said "There is nothing we can do!". My advice is to try an alternative business or branch. This unit is lacking in a service ethic!
