After we got the vehicle home we discovered a problem with the rear entertainment system. This February when I finally had a chance for them to look at it - they provided a loaner vehicle for my family which is no small matter as we live three hours away. The salesman took time in the evening to return my SUV after repairs were completed . This dealership went well beyond normal expectations !
