  I was heading to visit my family from Saskatoon and on my way, passing through Regina, I had a slow leak in on of my tires. I had to stay the night in Regina and first thing the next day I went to this Kal Tire. The service was absolutely AMAZING! What ended up being the issue was that the rim was cracked, and I would have to replace the rim. The service technician Amber even went home to see if she had a spare rim that I could use. I was complaining to Stewart, the service advisor, about what an awful week I was having because my other tires and rims were stolen shortly before this incident. Stewart was able to locate a tire and rim for me and my bill was only $50.00 and he even quoted some new tires and rims for me! It was such a great experience -they deserve a raise! I would definitely drive from Saskatoon to Regina to go to this specific Kal Tire.

  There is some communication problems between parts coming in and starting work orders. We had two different instances where we waited alot longer than we were supposed to to get tires put on our car. Other than that the experience has been great. I've had a couple free repairs and brought my business back when we needed tires. Also, got a tire replaced under warranty without any questions.
