  My experience with OTV technologies was, for the most part, splendid. As mentioned, staff is helpful and nice, and I bought a couple things there to build a desktop. They ordered in a motherboard for me, as that was the last thing I needed, and I wanted a specific model. But the motherboard never arrived. I called, found out one had arrived, but was held for two days then sold. This is after calling a couple times already, and being told each time I'd recieved a call when it arrived. So, after waiting a month for an item, and putting my desktop build on hold for that time, I'll buy the motherboard and any future purchases elsewhere.
